Hi Ken,I was on your webinar tonight, and wanted to tell you I am so inspired by your fabulous artwork!! You truly inspired me, and this doesn’t happen often and easily… You are a true artist, hope one day you will come to Toronto, I will be your number 1 fan and student.
– Rosa Wang
Ken,Watched your webinar for PSH, and was impressed by your willingness to share info, your clear and concise explanations of your thoughts in designing your images, and most of all – your stunning images. You have more than a good photographic eye. You have the ability to pre-visualize and create in your mind images that you then work to create. There are far fewer people who can do this – I am not such a person and appreciate the talent and effort of those who have and share this gift.
– Carolyn Swartz
Dear Ken,Thank you so much for your wonderfully inspiring workshop! As a relatively new photographer with aspirations of someday turning professional, your class added to my enthusiasm, passion and overall feeling towards photography. I look forard to the day (God willing)that I can see the light as you do. Thank you so much and I hope you will return to Miami next year.
All the best,
– Alina Boisjoly
Dear Ken,Thank you very much for your participation in the Pictureline Canon Day event this past Saturday. We have never had a guest come who has worked as hard as you did. You have a gift for connecting with people in a very warm, gracious way while teaching. The feedback we have had from those who attended has been extremely positive. Thanks again for marking the day a success.
– The Pictureline Team
Just a note to Thank you again for coming to Dallas. I always admired your work but now that I have heard you speak I think you are brilliant. You were made to be a teacher. I had so many new people come up to me thanking me for having you come and that only is credit to you and your ability to teach in a manner that is understandable to even a newbie… I am going to enter WPPI because you are right, it keeps you fresh and up to your best when you keep entering. I usually enter PPA but now, watch out WWPI.Warmest wishes,
– Elena Hernandez
Last year I spent 5 days with Ken Sklute and one thing I noticed is that his style is a combination of classical and photojournalism. He is aware of what’s going on around him 360 degrees. And he is capturing images 360 degrees. He doesn’t limit himself to any one area. And he is a happy and kind person whose bubbly personality gets others to perform and be happy like him. To me that’s what wedding photography is all about.– Bill Clark
Dear Ken,I would like to take a moment to personally thank you for your full day seminar at the Austin Guild. I attended your workshop at the Texas School in 2004 and the wedding photography techniques I learned in your workshop are an invaluable tool to his day. When I heard that you were coming to Texas to speak at the Austin Guild I was very excited and would not miss it for the world. I have attended several different workshops at Texas School since 2004 but none of them came close to the practical and fundamental information I kearned from your Texas School Workshop which we use every weekend shooting weddings.
Please come back to Texas School and help future generations of wedding photographers dominate their markets.
Sincerely,
– Eric Hoffland
Hi Ken,It was indeed a pleasure to meet you and attend your wedding photography class. I am still just getting over the “information avalanche”. Particularly gratifying for me was your posing, your extensive use of winder and other forms of existing light, silhouette photography and your creativity. I must also mention that I was pleased that you gave us information on your suppliers such as Yervant – what a website. I have purchased his software and am getting used to designing with it. It seems to be a real time-saver as well as a creative asset. I am also looking at IView Media Pro. Last but not least, thanks for the two CDs of your work, they will definitely help to inspire me. Take care and I shall see you at the Florida Convention.
Cordially,
– Ed Robinson
